# Changelog

This is educational. It is a product log, not a market history. The SBA link is the loan program the calculators point at. It is not a source for these dates.

## 2026-10-19 — Broker index adapters

Eighteen New England firms the audit marked indexable have parsers, fixture tests, and link-out attribution. The scheduled job does not crawl them. Firms that need permission, or that have no public listings, stay on the partnership list. Transworld, Sunbelt, DealRelations, and NEBBA Plus are called out for a feed. A broker can suppress a listing URL, or a whole source, at the opt-out form.

## 2026-10-19 — Resources as a library

Guides for owners, buyers, brokers, and agents, each with a citation, a markdown copy, and JSON. Calculators are version 2026-10-19 with published test vectors. The New England Main Street Market Report is generated from the index and states the sample count. The trust page says what this deployment charges, which is nothing. Brokers can embed the valuation estimator. The agent code of conduct is published.

## 2026-10-19 — NewHands, and Turnkey Ready

The marketplace name is NewHands. Turnkey Ready is the seller badge for verified financials, a clean diligence file, and a transition plan. Sample keys use nh_sample_. Older tk_sample_ and hk_sample_ keys still authenticate. Webhook deliveries send X-NewHands-Signature and still send the older signature headers.

## 2026-10-19 — New England first

Listings can sit in any US state. The site opens on New England. The index does not crawl marketplaces whose terms forbid it.

Earlier notes in this repository described the same work under prior names. Those names are not the product.
