The product stores the email you use to sign in, the session cookie, buyer criteria you type, listings you create, deal-room messages, and an audit log of agent actions taken in your name. Magic links are stored so a local demo can show them. Turn that mailbox off before a public launch.

Confidential listing text is shown to the seller and to a buyer with a signed NDA. It is not part of the public search payload.

The intent is not to sell personal information. A real policy has to say what that means, for how long data is kept, and how a person asks for it. Counsel has not written that yet. Contact hello@getnewhands.com.
