These sentences are a scaffold for counsel. They are not the terms of NewHands Markets. Do not rely on them.

Accounts are for a named person. An agent key is a delegation, not a second person. The principal is responsible for what their agent is allowed to do. Binding actions in the product require the principal.

Listings must be either authorized by the owner or clearly fictional. Sample data shipped with the product is fictional. NewHands does not broker the sale, does not hold escrow, and is not a party to a purchase agreement.

Governing law, liability caps, and dispute terms are intentionally blank until a lawyer writes them. A reasonable placeholder would name Maine, where the founder lives. That choice is not made here.
