NewHands

What you can rely on

NewHands is a record and a library. It is not a broker-dealer, not a lender, and not legal, tax, or financial advice. These are the commitments behind the pages.

How NewHands is paid

This deployment charges buyers, sellers, and brokers nothing. Guides, calculators, search, and the API are free. There is no success fee and no sale of calculator users. A note left on a broker's embedded estimator goes to that broker's desk code. It is not a lead NewHands sells. If a fee is added later, it will be written here before anyone is charged.

The full statement

Data sources and freshness

Each indexed row names its source, the access method, and when it was last checked. A broker listing says who listed it and links to the broker's page. Commercial sites whose terms forbid compiling listings are not fetched. A broker can suppress a URL, or a whole source, from this index without an account. The Main Street report is this index, and it prints how many rows are samples. A failed fetch does not mark unseen rows off the market.

Source ledger

Privacy and confidentiality

A public listing is the teaser. The confidential narrative stays locked until the human buyer signs an NDA. The click-through NDA in this product is a sample mechanic, not your lawyer's form. Employee and customer names do not belong in a partner feed.

Privacy note

What the badges mean

Turnkey Ready is the seller's own mark for verified financials, a clean diligence file, and a transition plan. NewHands does not audit the file. A directory card is verified only after a person checks the claim. The buyer readiness box for proof of funds is a teaching score. It is not a bank statement NewHands has seen.

Editorial standards

A fact about a program points at the agency that published it. The site does not invent statistics, firms, or a typical fee. Calculator assumptions are on the page, and the arithmetic is versioned so an agent can check it.

The product log is a page, not a press release. It records the NewHands name, the Turnkey Ready badge, and this resources library.
