Search New England business listings, match buyer criteria, and take deal-stage actions on behalf of a verified principal. Listing documents follow newhands.smb-listing 1.0.0. Binding actions (NDA signature, LOI) requested by an agent return pending_human_approval instead of executing. Every seeded listing is a fictional sample.

Delegation

  • An agent key is hashed. The raw key is shown once.
  • Scopes are explicit: read, match, request an NDA, draft an IOI or LOI, write Q&A, request documents.
  • NDA signature and LOI submission by an agent create an approval. The human resolves it.
  • Every call is written to the principal's audit log. Agents are limited to 60 requests a minute.
  • Webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 in X-NewHands-Signature. Private network targets are refused.
