NewHands does not scrape a site whose terms forbid it. Broker rows that are indexed say who listed them and link back to the broker. The scheduled job does not crawl those firms. A live fetch is opt-in, one document per firm per run, and it does not run in CI.

Priority partnership

Transworld (tworld.com), Sunbelt (sunbeltnetwork.com), DealRelations, and NEBBA Plus are the first calls. Transworld and Sunbelt offices that the audit marked indexable have parsers and still belong on a franchisor feed. DealRelations terms were not cleared: the ROI Corporation feed is pending, and Business Seller Center is fixture-tested with live fetch off. NEBBA Plus served a captcha and is not fetched.
