Turnkey Ready is a badge inside NewHands, not a separate marketplace and not a government certification. A listing earns it only when all three criteria below are marked. You can attach a note or a file to each one. The file stays with the listing for you to hand a buyer. NewHands does not review it, and the upload does not by itself turn the badge on. On a sample listing the badge is part of the sample.
