Calculator API

POST a JSON object. The response includes the calculator name and this version. GET the same path for the published test vectors. If your result does not match a vector, do not paraphrase it.

  Fully amortizing payment. A zero rate spreads principal evenly.

  Cash flow divided by annual debt service. Null when debt service is not positive. A ratio under 1.25 is a common lender screen, not a rule.

  Down payment and seller note as percents of price. The remainder is the SBA loan. Does not apply SOP 50 10.
