Listing syndication for brokers
How to push a feed into NewHands without asking the marketplace to scrape anyone.
This is an educational product specification, not a brokerage agreement.
NewHands does not crawl BizBuySell, BizQuest, Acquire.com, DealStream, Flippa, Axial, LoopNet, Crexi, or Craigslist. Their terms or their lack of a license put them in the pending list in docs/SOURCES.md.
If you control a listing, send it. `POST /api/v1/feeds` accepts JSON, CSV, or XML from a signed-in broker or an agent with the `feed.write` scope. Each row needs an external id, a title, a state, and a URL back to the original. Attribution is your firm's name. Rows are stored as samples unless you set `sample` to false and `rights` to `we_have_permission`.
The index dedupes on normalized name, town, and state, and it keeps price history when the ask changes. Buyers see your link. They do not see a copied CIM.
A claim form lets an owner say a card is theirs. You should still be the one who has authority to list.
